Products, pricing and orders

Read the product description, included items, options and size chart before ordering. Prices and available checkout currencies are shown on the website. Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase. Review the final order total and any applicable checkout taxes before paying.

If a product is unavailable or we identify an error affecting your order, we will contact you to resolve it. If we cannot fulfil an unshipped item, we will refund the amount paid for that item and any delivery charge attributable to it.

Delivery and DDP

Orders ship from China with free standard shipping. Estimated transport to the United States is approximately 15 days after dispatch; preparation before dispatch is additional. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. We ship all orders DDP and cover applicable import duties and import taxes.

If dispatch cannot take place within the agreed time, you may accept an updated dispatch estimate or cancel the unshipped items for a refund. Contact us if a parcel is delayed or missing so we can investigate.

Quality issues and returns

Items with quality defects qualify for a free replacement, including replacement shipping. For size or preference returns, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition with tags and any hygiene liners intact. Return shipping for size or preference returns is paid by the customer, and returns are sent to China. There is no restocking fee.

Eligible return refunds are processed to the original payment method within five business days after receipt and inspection. Payment-provider processing can take additional time. If a quality replacement cannot be supplied, we will offer a refund instead.

Alternative payment through Alibaba.com

If you cannot pay by credit card on the website, contact us for an Alibaba.com payment option. The items, delivery terms and final amount must be reviewed in the Alibaba.com order before payment. Platform procedures and any applicable protection depend on that particular order and Alibaba.com's terms.

Using this website

Provide accurate order and contact details. Do not misuse the website, interfere with checkout or attempt to access another person's account or information. Store content may be used only as permitted by its rights holders and applicable law.

These terms do not remove consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. If a problem arises, contact our team so we can work to resolve it. WhatsApp support is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
