Credit card checkout

Credit cards are accepted through the website checkout. Review your items, sizes, delivery address, shipping charge and final order total before submitting payment.

Card payment not working?

Check that your billing details match the details held by your card issuer and complete any authentication requested by your bank. If you see a pending charge or are unsure whether the order succeeded, contact us before repeatedly retrying payment.

Alibaba.com payment options, fees and any buyer protection depend on the particular order and the platform's terms. Paying by credit card on this website does not automatically give an order Alibaba.com Trade Assurance protection.

Keep your payment information private

Enter card information only in the payment checkout. Never send your full card number, security code, bank password or one-time verification codes by email or WhatsApp. Our support team does not need these details to help you.

Order status and delivery

Send us your order number to ask about dispatch, tracking, delivery or a missing parcel. Orders ship from China; estimated transit to the United States is around 15 days after dispatch. All orders use DDP delivery, with applicable import duties and import taxes covered by us.

Choosing a size

Use the measurements in each product's size chart rather than relying only on a letter size. Our store labels are XS(2), S(4), M(6), L(8), XL(10) and XXL(12) where offered. The measurements provided on the product page apply to that particular style.

If you need help with sizing, fabric details or what is included in a set, send our WhatsApp team the product link before ordering. Product descriptions identify whether a listing is a single garment or a coordinated set.
