Where your order ships from

Orders are dispatched from China. Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase. Available delivery destinations are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Estimated delivery to the United States

Estimated transit time is approximately 15 days after dispatch. This is a transport estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date, and does not include order preparation before dispatch. Customs processing, public holidays and carrier delays can affect arrival.

Duties, taxes and delivery charges

Standard shipping is free on all orders. DDP means that applicable import duties and import taxes are our responsibility. You will not pay an additional standard shipping charge. Any applicable checkout taxes are displayed in your order total before payment.

If a carrier asks you to pay an import charge, contact us with your order number and the notice before paying so we can resolve it.

Dispatch, tracking and delays

Keep your order confirmation for reference. Once your parcel is dispatched, use the shipping information provided with your order. If you need a tracking update, send our team your order number.

If we cannot dispatch within the time agreed for your order, we will contact you with an updated dispatch estimate and the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped items for a refund.

Missing parcels

If your parcel has not arrived around the estimated time, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier. For a parcel confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund. If tracking says delivered but you cannot find it, we will help investigate the delivery record.
